At Smash Force Fitness & Performance in Avondale, our Small Group Training gives you the sweet spot between 1-on-1 coaching and the energy of a team. You’ll get the structure, accountability, and personalized attention of working with a coach—without the high cost of private training.
Each group has 6–14 people, and every session is coached from start to finish. Programs are written in monthly cycles and adapted to the individual, so whether you’re just starting out or chasing big PRs, you’ll always have a plan that moves you forward. Expect weights, strength work, conditioning, and mobility that’s safe, effective, and challenging. You’ll never walk in guessing what to do—we’ve got that covered.
The goal is simple: build strength, lean muscle, performance, and confidence week after week. And because results don’t come from training alone, we also coach you through nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits so your progress is real and sustainable.
All of our specialty groups—Men’s Forge and Iron Queens—fall under this membership, so you’ll have access to the right training path for your goals.
Each 60-minute session includes:
